For over 180 years, The Dalmore has set the standard in multi-cask maturation - combining our carefully composed spirit with hand-selected casks from the world's finest bodegas and wineries. This radiant Highland Single Malt is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then further enhanced in select Pedro Xim??nez Sherry casks. Nose: Mandarins, dark forest fruits, and a touch of espresso. Palate: Figs, honey, and roasted pecans, complemented with dark chocolate and creamy vanilla. Finish: A long citrus finish, with sun-dried fruit and hints of rich spices.
