Our spirit is then fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, creating a distinctive tropical house style. Nose: Honey, tropical fruits, cinnamon, and warm vanilla. Palate: Rich pineapple, mangos, cr??me br?¯l??e, and coconut. Finish: Toffee, lychee, ginger cake, and cacao.
