Established in 1824 in the foothills of the Cairngorm mountains, Fettercairn has become renowned for our innovative approach to flavour-led whisky making. From our commitment to locally sourced ingredients, to our unique copper cooling ring ƒ?? which cascades mountain water down our stills. Our spirit is then fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, creating a distinctive tropical house style. Nose: Tropical and orchard fruit intertwine ƒ?? pear, banana, and pineapple. Blossom honey, brioche, and delicate sweet spice. Palate: Ripe pineapple, vanilla, light cacao, and cinnamon. Finish: Spiced apricots, toffee, roasted almonds and sweet baking spices.
