The Dalmore Portfolio Series showcases the work of rising talents within art & design and celebrates the Dalmore's partnership with the V&A museum in Dundee. The series pairs specially commissioned works of art with masterpieces of whisky making. Fraser Gray is an Edinburgh artist recognised for his striking use of colour & for pushing boundaries with large-scale street art. One of only 5000 bottles this highly limited edition is finessed in carefully selected Bordeaux wine casks sourced from one of France's finest chateaux vineyards. Nose: Lemon drizzle cake, Manuka honey, grape pulp, and Golden Delicious apple. Palate: Rich vanilla, citrus, and ripe fruit. Finish: Poached pear drenched in creamy custard.
