What is Shop & Collect service?

Shop and collect is a service that allows our customers to shop and complete their purchase at Departures store when they are travelling abroad and pick up the items when they arrive back. They travel light and assured that their favorite brands are reserved for them. 

Is this service chargeable?

No, it’s completely free, in fact there is additional saving.

How to avail Shop & Collect service?

It’s simple, all you have to do is select your favourite brands from liquor, perfume, cosmetics, cigar, accessories at the Departures store, go to the Shop & Collect counter and place an order or ask any of our staff for assistance.

How to cancel/refund the Shop & Collect order?

In the unlikely event that you want to cancel/refund the Shop & Collect order, you can do so by placing a cancellation/refund request with the DDFS support team at support@delhidutyfree.co.in.

How long do the refund procedures take?

The refund procedures take 20 working days to be processed from the time refund details are shared, once the same is requested from the support team post-investigation.

What should I do if I miss collecting my Shop & Collect order?

If you missed collecting your order from the shop floor, kindly contact our support team immediately at support@delhidutyfree.co.in or https://www.delhidutyfree.co.in/contact to assist you further with refund or collection. In the case of order collection, you need to inform the support team 7 days in advance if you are travelling abroad next.

What are the allowances for the Shop & Collect order at arrival in India?

Allowances when you are arriving to India: 100 cigarettes or 25 cigars or 125g of tobacco. 2 litres of alcoholic liquor or wine. Total value of duty free purchase cannot exceed INR 50,000. You can pay up to INR 25,000 in Indian currency and rest is chargeable in any of the other acceptable foreign currency.  

I am travelling on a domestic flight. Can I book the Shop & Collect order at Delhi Duty Free?

 Unfortunately, no. Indian customs regulations permit only international flight passengers to buy from the Delhi Duty Free shop. As per customs regulations, only passengers who have an international boarding pass and a valid passport are eligible to shop from Delhi Duty Free stores.

Does Delhi Duty Free have home delivery service for the Shop & Collect service?

No, we do not provide delivery services. As per the Indian Customs regulations, only international travelling passengers with a valid boarding pass and passport are eligible to shop from Delhi Duty Free.
