The Company reserves the right, at any time, to amend/add/remove/modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of any of the Promotions/Offers, or to replace them, wholly or in part, by another Promotions/Offers, whether similar to the existing Promotions/Offers or not, or to withdraw them altogether, and the Company’s decision in this regard shall be final and requires no intimation of any sort to the Customers.

While participating in any Promotion/Offer the Customer hereby agree to release and hold the Company (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to Customers participation in the Promotion/Offer. The Company shall not responsible or liable to any prize winner for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.

By entering into the Promotions/Offers (unless otherwise advised by the Customer), each Customer consents to the information submitted being entered into a database and to be used by the Company and to notify the entrant of upcoming events, new product information, promotional offers and to conduct market research.

All disputes would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court at New Delhi, India.
