Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. "Appearance: Golden straw yellow with green highlights.

Nose: On the nose, the tangy intensity of green apple and citrus fruit and the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers are immediately apparent, while elegant notes of brioche, cereal and fresh nuts are not far behind.

Palate: On the palate, there's a generous amount of white fruit, such as pear, peach and apple, an abundance of fine bubbles and the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and gooseberries.It draws on a trio of grape varieties: pinot noir (30-40%) for body, pinot meunier (30-40%) for suppleness, and chardonnay (20-30%) for finesse.
