Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé 2016 the Cellar Master's unique expression of a remarkable year in Champagne. While 2016 was a year of turbulent weather, full of twists and turns at the whim of nature, it gave rise to remarkable Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes, which compose 58% of this champagne. "Nose: The fruitiness is immediately evident: syrupy red fruits, slightly crushed strawberries, raspberries, and late-summer blueberries taking the forefront. Complemented by delicate, colorful floral aromas: rose, hibiscus, violet. Nuances of gingerbread and chocolate powder.

Palate: The palate offers an immediate sensation of pleasure, with a tender, supple and harmonious profile. The fruit emerges fresher than anticipated, showcasing perfectly ripe raspberries. The initial light structure gradually yields, imparting a delightful sensation of sweetness. The slightly astringent finish is airy and delicate, akin to the texture of evening silk chiffon.

43% Pinot Noir (13% macerated red wine) , 42% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier. Following a tumultuous year, the

blend mirrors the Cellar Master’s interpretation:
