Some attractive savoury "Smoky bacon" complexities are present with hints of spice. The nose is complex with attractive savoury notes of smoked meats and spice, along with cherry fruit and herb and floral nuances. Palate: The palate is concentrated and fleshy with fine silky tannins that are immediately approachable. Rich, savoury meat and game flavours over cherry and plum fruit contrast nicely with supporting cherry oak. Hints of smoke, mushroom and mineral provide some complexity.
