Edition No.4 celebrates local gardener and Jura distiller, Neil Cameron. Neilƒ??s vibrant floral displays and towering sunflowers create a striking contrast against the rugged natural beauty of our island home. The Madeira cask finish offers a fruity and bright character, evocative of Neilƒ??s vibrant floral displays. This whisky is an ode to the beauty and brightness Neilƒ??s seaside garden has brought to the island for many years. Nose: Soft and fruity, with nectarine, pineapple and subtle hints of chamomile and gorse flower. Palate: An assortment of citrus marmalades, dried peach, toasted walnut and salt-flecked toffee. Finish: Dried fig and honeyed cereal combine with delicate floral notes for a rich, warming finish.
