This radiant Highland Single Malt is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then further enhanced in select Pedro Xim??nez Sherry cask. Nose: Oranges and golden syrup, with vanilla and a hint of patisserie spice. Palate: Sweet pecans and honey, with dates and dark chocolate. Finish: Sun-dried fruit and a whisper of warm spices.
