Bombay Sapphire & Tonic

The ultimate expression of the quintessentially classic Gin & Tonic. Orris root and Angelica bring Bombay Sapphire its floral earthiness and enhance the bright, fresh flavours of citrus and juniper. Brilliantly straightforward and satisfying.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Part Bombay Sapphire
  • 2 Parts Premium tonic water
  • Lime Wedge

Method :

  • Fill balloon glass to rim with good ice.
  • Stir until frosted.
  • Strain excess liquid from glass.
  • Pour Bombay Sapphire over ice and squeeze lime (with pith removed) over drink.
  • Add lime to the glass after squeezing.
  • Stir drink to acclimate contents.
  • Tilt glass and pour chilled tonic water down side of glass and lift once gently using bar spoon.

When it comes to aperitifs, you would struggle to better this classic cocktail. The botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire create a complex harmony that makes this the drink of choice for those of a discerning character.

Ingredients :

  • 25 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 25 ml MARTINI® Rosso Vermouth
  • 25 ml MARTINI® Bitter
  • Orange zest

Method:

  • Fill a tumbler with ice.
  • Build ingredients in the glass and stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with orange zest.

The secret English Garden

Our refreshed take on the english garden cocktail blends Bombay Sapphire English Estate Gin with Fever-Tree ginger ale and cloudy apple juice. Served long with lemon, apple, thyme and ice.

Ingredients :

  • 50 ml Bombay Sapphire English Estate
  • 25 ml apple juice
  • 75 ml Premium ginger ale

Garnish :

  • Thinly sliced granny smith apple disc
  • Thinly sliced lemon wheel
  • 1 sprig of lemon thyme

Method:

  • Place the lemon wheel and apple disc into the bottom of a highball or copa glass.
  • Add Bombay Sapphire English Estate gin & cloudy apple juice.
  • Swirl well to infuse.
  • Fill the glass with cubed ice then top with ginger ale.
  • Gently stir/fold to mix.
  • Garnish with a lemon thyme sprig placed into the glass.
  • Enjoy!
