Where will i meet the service agent?

The service is exclusively for departure terminal. The representative of the meet and greet service team will be present at Meet & Greet help desk at departure hall just after security clearance (outside Delhi Duty Free main store). They will have your detail available if you have pre boked the service.

I have pre-booked Personal Shopper service; how will I know its confirmed?

If you have pre booked the service online, you will receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes of booking. Alternatively ,the passenger can directly contact the service provider on the contact number given in their booking confirmation.If you book the service at Meet & Greet help desk; our team will confirm you the service instantly if we have team member available.

Is the service free?

Yes its absolutely free. 

Can I amend the booking details?

Yes you can amend the details by calling the service provider on the contact number given in their booking confirmation or fill up new booking request form online.

I am traveling with family & friends, can I still avail the service?

Yes you can avail the service eeven tough you are travelling in group. 

Can I book service for other known people?

Yes, you may book the service for you or your guests

I am at airport, I cant locate the meet & greet desk or team?

You may call the contact numbers of the service provider mentioned in the booking confirmation email

Is the service available 24/7?

Yes since our stores are operational 24*4, the service is also available 24*7. 

How much notice is required to pre-book?

Ideally 48 hours is good enough if you are booking online. If you visit our desk directly; then ideally 3 hours of notice is good; though its subject to availability of team members.

How much should I spend after availing the service?

There is no compulsion to buy. Our personal shoppers are here to maximise your time and enrich your shopping experience.

What are the terms & conditions?

  • The Personal Shopper Home Service (“Service”) is provided by Delhi Duty Free (DDFS)for its customers (Customers) to enable them to shop for merchandise/products (Products) from the DDFS DEPARTURE stores with help and guidance from our expert team of personal shoppers. 
  • This Service is available with prior appointment taken online or booked at airport subject to availability of personal shopping experts team. For taking an appointment, the Customer has book online. 
  • This Service is available Free of Charge for the Customers of DDFS.
  • Under this Service, Customer will be requested to share their requirements with personal shoppers. 
  • Customers are under no obligation to purchase any items recommended by the Personal Shopper and should a Customer do so, they do so entirely at their own discretion. DDFS’s normal exchange policy will apply to any purchases made hereunder.
  • Customer shall make payment through such mode as instructed by cash till executives.
  • This Service is available only at selected stores of DDFS and selected areas which shall be updated by DDFS from time to time and the availability of the said Service at any given location shall be confirmed by the call center executives of DDFS at the time of appointment.
  • Appointments are subject to the availability of the Personal Shopper and the Product(s).
  • Only confirmed Appointments will be serviced.
  • The Customer availing the Service has to ensure his/ her availability at the given time slot and at the given location failing which, Personal Shoppers will try reaching the Customer. In case they are unable to be contacted, Personal Shoppers shall leave immediately and the appointment shall be deemed to be cancelled.
  • Appointments can be booked 24*7. 
  • DDFS may restrict the number of people allowed to avail the Services at its discretion.
  • Cancellations by Customers must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. For re-booking, fresh appointment needs to be taken.
  • In case of cancellation by DDFS, Personal Shoppers will call and inform the Customer about the same. Incase Personal Shoppers is not able to reach the Customer, they shall send an SMS and inform.
  • DDFS reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, terminate or refuse to schedule an appointment for the Service for any reason at its sole discretion, including in events or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Customers’ personal data submitted in connection with the Service will be retained by DDFS in order to provide the Service. All such personal data will be processed by DDFS in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.delhidutyfree.co.in

  • By using the Services, Customers agree to these terms and conditions.
  • DDFS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Any dispute in relation to the Services shall be governed by Indian Laws having New delhi Jurisdiction
